CPM 560 Whirly Grain Cleaner Full RECONDITION

Specifications:

• Screen Area: 1908 Sq. in. – a number of screen perforations available.
• Capacity: 60 tons per hour through 1/2” screen based on 40 lbs./cu. ft.
• Motor Requirements: 15 - 20 HP, 1800rpm (can add a used motor with pulley for $750.00 extra)
• Unit completely reconditioned.
• Feed screw conveys the meal from the inlet hopper to the cleaning section where epoxy wipers sweep the inner surface of the perforated screen. The dressed product passes through the screen while particles larger than the perforations are discharged at the outer end.
• Inlet hopper has a 21-1/12 X 21-1/2 opening.

• Discharge side bearing and seal
• Discharge side bearing support
• Welded Auger Assembly
• Wipers
• Includes one screen of buyers choice

To RECONDITION this CPM 560 Whirly Grain Cleaner the door was sandblasted, replaced discharge bearing support and bearing.  The middle assembly has a used shaft, wiper arms and holders. A new auger assembly was added to complete the middle assembly.  The whole machine is attached to a new C-channel frame then painted CPM green while the belt guard is safety yellow.
